As Head of Project Management & PMO, you will lead and continuously evolve the project delivery function within Alto Wealth & Distribution Professional Services. With a team of 10 Project Managers and 2 PMO professionals, you will ensure that implementation projects are delivered with excellence — reliably, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Your role combines strategic leadership, operational oversight and hands-on ownership where it matters most. From governance and portfolio transparency to delivery standards and continuous improvement, you will shape how successful project delivery looks in practice — supported by modern tooling and AI in everyday work.
