We are working with customers like Glovo, Bouygues and cool scale ups.
In collaboration with the customer success team, transcribe business needs into agent conversational backbone and build AI agents using our no code platform and with coordination with the Dev team to relay product needs.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding of customers to understand use case and business needs
- Streamline state of the art custom-designed conversational agents' delivery to customers.
- Operate human/AI workflows of our AI generation factory.
- Manage data tagging operations
- Operate millions of conversation per month , 100+ customers
Key skills:
- Customer-centric
- Languages: English + 1 or 2 of these languages (French, German, Italian)
- Tech interest and capacity to understand high-level workflows
- Super hero of organisation and project management
- Experience of running production system / delivery for fast-growing company
- Serious opportunity of full time contract after 6 months
