About the Role
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our recruitment activities. You will play a key role in coordinating hiring processes and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to talent acquisition in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support job postings across various platforms
- Screen CVs and assist with initial candidate outreach
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and career fairs
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Profile
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proactive, reliable, and able to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
