About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our recruitment activities. You will play a key role in coordinating hiring processes and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to talent acquisition in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Support job postings across various platforms
  • Screen CVs and assist with initial candidate outreach
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events and career fairs
  • Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team


Profile

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to multitask
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
