Finance Transformation Program – Ingenico
Location: Suresnes → La Défense – Start: ASAP – Duration: 6+ months
About the Role:
Ingenico is undergoing a major Finance transformation and strengthening its global Finance community (AP, AR, RTR).
We are looking for a Change & Community Engagement Intern to support the GPOs and the project team in animating this international network and improving engagement across countries.
You won’t lead the network alone — you will help prepare, structure, and energize it.
Your Responsibilities
- Support GPOs and the project team in co-animating community rituals: calls, spotlights, sharing sessions.
- Help prepare newsletters, updates, messages, and communication kits.
- Simplify and structure information so teams clearly understand changes.
- Prepare materials for workshops, training, and alignment sessions.
- Maintain collaboration spaces (Teams, SharePoint) and ensure visibility of key milestones.
- Capture country needs and feedback to help adjust communication and support.
Profile
- Student in Business, Marketing, Communication, or Commercial studies.
- Ideally: a first experience in network/community animation (ambassador programs, events, customer-facing roles…).
- Strong communication skills, very good English, and ease in interacting with diverse teams.
- Organized, proactive, curious, and comfortable supporting others.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and collaborative tools.
