LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORT INTERN – INTERNSHIP (STAGE)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Logistics and Transport Intern at Tom Ford. This role is based at the Tom Ford Studio in Paris, offering a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in one of the world’s leading luxury fashion brands. The studio serves as the creative heart of Tom Ford, where innovation, craftsmanship, and design excellence come together.

Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the logistics team, you will support daily operational activities and progressively learn the key processes of international logistics:

• Assist in the arrangement and monitoring of worldwide inbound and outbound shipments (DHL, couriers, vans, etc.)

• Support the preparation and issuance of pro forma invoices and shipping documentation.

• Learn how to coordinate shipments and help identify potential errors related to customs or transport operations, escalating them when needed

• Provide operational support to the French teams, including tracking shipments, updating delivery status, supporting mail dispatch, and preparing packages

• Collaborate with transport partners to follow up on shipments and gain visibility on logistics flows

• Assist in the archiving and organization of proformas and customs-related documents

Key Requirements:

• Basic understanding of CITES regulations is a plus

• Basic knowledge of Incoterms

• Familiarity with main transport documents (AWB, HAWB, express courier documents, DDT, CMR, etc.)

• Basic understanding of customs procedures

• Good knowledge of Excel

• Conscientious and careful approach when handling garments and accessories

• Strong precision, proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude

• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment

• Effective communication skills

• Fluent in English and French

• Previous experience or academic background in fashion, logistics, or supply chain is a plus
