THE POSITION

Assist the Retail & Training Manager France in their mission to lead field teams to perform by delivering:

  • Sell-out (sales made by distributors to consumers)
  • All the excellence of Acqua di Parma's omnichannel service.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Retail:

  • Monitoring and updating monthly and weekly sell-out performance tools
  • Monitoring and analysis of performance and competition (results, launches, trade)
  • Contribution to the creation of monthly Manager meetings
  • Preparation and monitoring of POSM orders in accordance with Retail guidelines
  • Assistance with the organization of Retail events and training
  • Creation of purchase orders (PO) and budget monitoring for all points of sale
  • Contact with temporary staffing agencies
  • Management of expense reports and response to store needs
  • Monitoring of POS profitability

Training:

  • Translation of training materials
  • Adaptation of educational content on the brand, products, and sales techniques to develop our brand awareness and retail effectiveness
  • Dissemination and updating of training materials
  • Organization of training schedules
  • Leading training sessions (in-person or via Teams)
  • Management and monitoring of Yellow You (training App) performance
  • Assistance during training sessions (setup, presentations, etc.).

Operations:

  • Technical management and monitoring of technical issues in stores (various POS issues: internal works, system problems, deliveries, etc.)
  • Monitoring of technical requirements for new LBM and Printemps Haussmann corners
  • Liaison with suppliers

Sales Support:

  • Occasional support for the sales force during key periods (launches, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)


YOUR PROFILE

Required Experience:

  • Luxury sensibility, customer and service-oriented, knowledge of the perfume & cosmetics universe.

Skills:

  • Excellent field relationship management.
  • Advanced expertise in Excel and Powerpoint software.
  • Analytical and synthetic.
  • Good level of English.

Qualities:

  • Rigor and organizational skills.
  • Team spirit.
  • Autonomy in project management.
