We’re Hiring: BESS Fulfillment & Service Intern
Location: Paris / Frankfurt / Madrid (Europe)
Are you interested in renewable energy, project delivery, and energy storage technologies? Join our Fulfillment & Service team and gain hands-on exposure to Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects and service operations across Europe.
As a BESS Fulfillment & Service Intern, you will support project coordination, delivery preparation, commissioning activities, and after-sales service processes while working alongside experienced professionals across Project Management, Engineering, Service, and Technical teams.
What You’ll Do
• Support project handover preparation after contract signing
• Assist in organizing project scope, technical documentation, schedules, and delivery milestones
• Help maintain project trackers, issue logs, action lists, and follow-up documentation
• Support coordination with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and technical partners
• Assist in preparing commissioning-related documents, checklists, and progress reports
• Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
• Help collect and organize information related to system integration, testing, and technical requirements
• Support the preparation of service documentation, maintenance records, and troubleshooting summaries
• Assist in tracking post-commissioning support activities and customer service requests
• Support reporting on project progress, risks, and open action points
Who We’re Looking For
• Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related field
• Strong interest in renewable energy, battery storage, or project delivery processes
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools
• Good written and spoken English
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
• Eager to learn about project delivery, commissioning, and service operations
⭐ Nice to Have
• Basic knowledge of BESS, EMS, PCS, grid connection, power systems, or high-voltage systems
• Previous internship, coursework, or academic project related to renewable energy or engineering
• Interest in project delivery, commissioning, or after-sales service activities
