logistics, as well as on services for the protection of people and property (rescue, fire safety, prevention).

management, deploying 4 investment strategies supporting the growth and development of SMEs and mid-market companies.
Responsibilities:
As a member of the investment team, your role will be to contribute actively to every stage of financing a transaction, from
sourcing through to closing, with a particular focus on analysing companies, their sector of activity and the real assets to be
financed. You will liaise with the various stakeholders involved in each transaction (investment banks, brokers, lawyers, experts, etc.).
Beyond your involvement within the investment team, this internship is a genuine opportunity to discover how real-asset.
financing works and the different departments of an asset management company:
I- Investment:
- Sourcing investment opportunities.
- Financial and strategic analysis of investment files.
- Financial modelling of opportunities.
- Conducting due diligence and analysing business plans.
- Participating in the preparation of investment memoranda.
- Contributing to the preparation of term sheets and to the legal structuring of transactions.
II- Specific cross-functional assignments as part of the fund's investment strategy:
- Fundraising and production of deliverables enabling investors to make decisions.
- Industrial monitoring and review of specialised economic press.
- Monitoring the funds' portfolio investments.
Candidate Profile:
Student at a business or engineering school with a specialisation in corporate finance/audit/investment. Previous experience in an investment fund, investment banking, audit or transaction services is required.
- Final year of studies.
- Financial analysis skills with a strong ability to synthesise information.
- Modelling skills.
- Strong writing skills.
- Excellent communication in English as in French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Autonomy and ability to adapt to multidisciplinary tasks.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and artificial intelligence tools (Claude, ChatGPT) is a plus.
