As part of our Ecommerce & CRM team, you will actively contribute to the growth of PAYOT in the German market while working closely with the European team.


Your Missions :


Website & Digital Projects

  • Update and optimize the German version of our website (products, content, promotions).
  • Contribute to the revamp of our new Europe-wide ecommerce website.


Performance & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly reports to track ecommerce performance (traffic, sales, engagement).


Email Marketing & Customer Engagement

  • Write and create compelling newsletters for the German market to boost sales and customer loyalty.


Paid Media & Acquisition

  • Support the Ecommerce & CRM Manager in managing Google Ads & Meta (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns for the German market.


Customer Service & Satisfaction

  • Handle daily customer inquiries for the German market (emails, chat, social media).
  • Ensure an excellent shopping experience for our German-speaking customers


Your Profile :


✔️ Fluent in German (native or bilingual) & comfortable in English or French.

✔️ Passionate about ecommerce, digital marketing, and customer relations.

✔️ Strong writing skills with a commercial mindset.

✔️ Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

✔️ Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or email marketing is a plus!
