The Challenge: Building the Resilience of Tomorrow
You will report directly to the Group Director in charge of Risks, Crises & Cybersecurity, and actively contribute to a key transformation project: the improvement of our resilience and crisis management systems, in line with our strategic roadmap "Resilience 2027".
Your Missions
️ Project Management Support Monitor the Resilience 2027 roadmap, prepare COMEX governance materials, and coordinate with service providers and stakeholders.
Business Continuity Map critical processes, modernize BIAs and continuity plans, and conduct interviews across business lines to identify fragility points.
Risk Management Update the Group's risk cartography, monitor action plans with risk owners, and support Risk Governance (reports, committees).
Crisis Management Design and run crisis simulations (cyber, climate, safety scenarios), update crisis governance documentation across all regions, maintain emergency directories and alert protocols, and monitor international news impacting our hotels.
