Description
SWEN investor relations team is looking for an apprentice to join the team and support the sales in a wide range of missions and projects.
12 months contract from September 2026
Tasks / responsibilities:
•Support the Sales / Investor Relations team in the prospection, preparation of client meetings and follow-up on the leads
•Contribute to RFPs and DDQs
•Work with IR support members to prepare and gather information to clients’ day to day demands
•In charge of maintaining the CRM sales pipeline and reporting of the sales activities
•Work on market and competition analysis to support strategic prospection
•Work in an interdisciplinary and international environment with numerous interfaces within the organization (investment teams, ESG analysts, reporting, middle office, risk and compliance …)

Qualifications :
•Master's Degree in finance, science or another highly quantitative subject
•Preferably with experience from previous internships, ideally in consulting or financial marketing
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)
•High interest in ESG / Impact topics
•Fluency in English and French
