You will work closely with our Consultants, building expertise in the full recruitment cycle while navigating complex, high-stakes mandates across industries and geographies.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. International Executive Search & Recruitment
- Identify and approach senior executive profiles through targeted, proactive research
- Analyze and evaluate candidates' backgrounds, experience, and fit against mandate requirements
- Conduct direct outreach and phone interviews, applying best practices in executive assessment
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for active and future mandates
- Present shortlisted profiles to Consultants with clear, structured recommendations
- Own the full recruitment cycle - from creative sourcing through to closing
- Continuously refine our direct approach methodology to sharpen impact and results
2. International Business Strategy
- Contribute to strategic and operational projects supporting our business development
- Conduct market and sector analysis to inform Consultant-client discussions
- Build market intelligence on active mandates and emerging opportunities
- Support the planning and execution of strategic projects across geographies
- Identify and develop new global opportunities alongside the Consultant team

YOUR PROFILE
- Currently enrolled in a BAC+4/5 business school or university program
- Available for a 6-month internship (gap year or end-of-studies)
- Curious, analytical, rigorous, and at ease in international, business-driven environments
- English is second nature; French is a strong asset
- Autonomous, collaborative, entrepreneurial, and result-oriented
- Open to a full-time opportunity in executive recruitment upon completion
