You will contribute to the implementation of our organization's talent development policies and processes on an international scale. You will contribute to the management of HR development initiatives :
leadership development, employee experience, mobility etc
- support the High Potential policies and processes
- prepare the annual People Review process
- contribute to various talent dev projects

Profil
- Master's level in Human Resources or Business School with a first experience in Human Resources, ideally in Talent Management and/or HR Development
- Autonomous, organized and detail-oriented
- Team player and problem solver
- Very good cross-functional communication skills (multi-country, multi-function, etc.)
- Ability to make recommendations, be assertive and pro-active
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)
- Professional English (worldwide scope)
