What You'll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment activities across our European operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs.
- Sourcing and engaging high-potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and professional networks.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Managing recruitment pipelines and maintaining accurate applicant tracking data.
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Assisting with recruitment events, job fairs, and university partnerships.
- Analyzing recruitment metrics and identifying opportunities to improve hiring efficiency.
- Contributing ideas that help us attract, engage, and retain top talent.
What We're Looking For
Basic Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, International Management, or a related field.
- Fluency in English, French, and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or project experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or applicant tracking systems.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data.
- Passion for logistics, technology, and international business.
