About the role
We are looking for a Chief of Staff Intern to the Chief Marketing Officer to accelerate execution across the CMO’s strategic and operational priorities.
This is a high-trust, high-exposure role, working directly on core marketing initiatives.
Your responsibilites
1/ Brand authority: Position Diametral as a leading AI-native transformation company through premium content, brand events, media initiatives, and AI-search visibility.
2/ Client engagement: Create high-impact client experiences through tailored moments, services and community interactions.
3/ Pipeline generation: Drive inbound growth through CRM management, social media campaigns, website optimization, and performance tracking.
4/ Talent attraction: Contribute to employer branding, recruitment marketing, campus initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
5/ Chief of Staff scope: Structure priorities, coordinate projects, prepare executive materials, conduct research, and help accelerate execution across the organization.
