Internship - Event Project Manager H/F

Description

YOUR ROLE Reporting to the TANGRAM events team, you will contribute to the organization and coordination of the site's various events. Based on-site at TANGRAM, you will work in close collaboration with the events and operations teams and take part in overseeing the smooth running of events. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ? Before the event - Contribute to event preparation (briefing meetings, drafting run-of-show documents, checklists) - Assist with logistics coordination: room bookings, equipment checks, etc. - Participate in managing registrations: tracking responses, follow-ups, updating attendee lists - Contribute to partner/sponsor management when needed: gathering requirements, tracking deliverables (logos, text content), validating materials During the event - Help welcome participants: information point, badge distribution, guiding guests - Provide on-site logistical support: checking room set-up, checking equipment, handling minor unforeseen issues - Assist with monitoring the event schedule (timing, coordination with speakers, liaison with service providers) - Manage visits (French / English) After the event - Contribute to post-event review: collecting feedback, supporting reporting (attendance statistics, feedback summary) - Help archive documents and materials (photos, presentations, attendee lists) to capitalize on best practices WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ? - Currently studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree (3 to 5 years of higher education) in business school, communications, event management, project management, tourism, or a related fiel - You have a strong sense of service quality, client relations, and results - You have a good command of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - You are comfortable with logistics coordination (bookings, supplier follow-up, list updates, basic reporting). - You are diplomatic and know how to interact with a wide range of professionals - You are rigorous, reliable, and detail-oriented in your work, with the ability to bring innovative ideas to improve the guest experience - You are responsive and able to stay calm when facing unforeseen situations during events - You are comfortable speaking in public, and you are discreet, curious, and eager to learn - Professional-level French and English, both written and spoken (in person and by phone), are required JOB ENVIRONMENT - Location: Marseille, France (13) - Internship duration: 6 months - Travel: No - Accessibility: Accessible by public transport Please ensure you are familiar with the CMA CGM Corporate guidelines
