YOUR ROLE The Group Risk Management department is part of the Risk Management, Internal Control, Internal Audit & Investigations Division. It leads the identification and assessment of major risks likely to affect the Group's strategic objectives. Our mission is to position risk management as a genuine performance lever and decision-support tool for top management. The team is made up of 7 people in Marseille and 2 people abroad. As an Associate, you will be a true partner to the team on high value-added analyses. As part of your studies, you are looking for an internship starting January 2026. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? - Contribute to the Group's Top Risks analysis: take part in analyzing the Group's most strategic risks, prepare materials for interviews with the business divisions, and help formalize the summaries. - Take part in other risk mapping exercises: provide analytical support across a range of topics and scopes, helping structure data and prepare presentation materials. - Help drive and develop the Risk function: contribute to the continuous improvement of our tools and methods, as well as to the production of communication materials for our network of correspondents. - Strengthen our strategic watch: conduct research and analysis on in-depth topics (geopolitical, macroeconomic and competitive risks) and turn them into sharp, management-ready briefing notes. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? - Education: Master's degree (M1/M2) from a leading university or business/engineering school with international standing, specializing in Risk Management, Strategy or International Affairs. - International experience: significant academic or professional international experience is strongly preferred. - Languages: fluency in French and English. - Risk Management knowledge: understanding of the fundamentals (the three lines of defense, risk identification, assessment, monitoring, risk matrices, etc.). - Analytical and summarizing skills: strong written and verbal skills, able to turn complex information into a clear message. - Interest in geopolitics: a genuine interest in geopolitics and major macroeconomic issues. - Governance awareness: strong sensitivity to corporate governance topics, particularly ESG, the French Duty of Vigilance law (DDV) and compliance. - Tools: advanced proficiency in PowerPoint (able to build concise, visually impactful presentations) and Excel. - Personal qualities: intellectual curiosity, rigor and proactivity; excellent interpersonal skills, professional presence and strong team spirit; a keen sense of confidentiality, maturity and autonomy.
