CTO / Co-founder - Early stage AI startup

We are looking for a Paris-based CTO & co-founder to join Pronto.

What does the project look like?

• 60% of work time is lost to repetitive tasks—scheduling, data entry, reporting—draining energy and stifling creativity.
• At Pronto, we use AI and automation to eliminate the busywork, so teams can focus on strategy, innovation, and impact.
• We’re starting with an AI agent for Marketing & Growth teams, with a vision to build AI agents for every white-collar job.

Who is in the current team?

• Mathieu (CEO) previously built Settlesweet, a digital relocation startup blending tech & human to provide a best in class home search service (exited to Nextories). Mathieu built the prototype of Pronto and is based in Paris
• Nicolas (COO) is also an entrepreneur. He launched several companies including : Ding Dong & Collectif L’escadrille where he helped impact brands with their outbound. Nicolas is based in Bordeaux.

How far along are we in the project?

• We successfully launched the first version of the product in September 2024, joined the selective Founders Program of Station F and reached the milestone of 10K€ MRR.
• We are currently expanding our Go To Market effort to North America and want to ship the V2 of the product (that’s where you come in).

What are we looking for ?

Hard skills:

• You’re a full-stack engineer.
• You’ve been playing with LLMs ever since the API of ChatGPT came out.
• You know how to scale a SaaS product.
• Bonus: You have a Computer Science / Engineering degree.

Soft skills:

• You have an entrepreneurial track record (you launch one or several project, no matter the outcome).
• You value speed of iteration over perfection (you know that in a startup what matters is reaching Product-Market Fit, not the perfect database structure).
• You’re ambitious yet humble, you love to learn & share your learnings.
• You’re ready to lead a team when the time comes.
