We are currently looking for an Intern - Group Reservations to join our team based in Brussels.
Your Mission
You will contribute to the efficiency and performance of group reservations across a portfolio of 13 hotels (Belgium & Luxembourg), working at the heart of our commercial activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate incoming requests and identify sales opportunities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients from initial inquiry to final confirmation
- Support negotiations and contract finalization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners
- Promote B&B HOTELS and actively contribute to sales development
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor reservation files, deadlines, and invoicing

Your Profile
- Dynamic, organized, and self-motivated
- Strong interest in hospitality and customer relations
- Commercial mindset with good negotiation skills
- Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of Microsoft Office
- Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (written and spoken)
